I have a question regarding the 7.0 version SPP appliance.
We have an asset which has N associated directory accounts. When a user requests a session, they can see N rows for that asset (one for every account associated). Shouldn't there be shown single row showing the asset and then SPP gives the choice to select one of the associated accounts to use for the session?
Moreover the user will proceed by trial and error, because he can't see if there are any accounts already checked out on that asset. Is it possible to remove from the list those assets/accounts that are unavailable because they're already in use?
We tried selecting the "Show Account Request Availability", but the accounts that are already checked out will be highlighted for every asset, and not only for the assets that are being used.
