Hi,
We have a new SPP deployment 7.0 LTS and the approvers are not getting any notification emails. They used to until about a week ago.
I've edited some email templates but that doesn't seem to be the problem since I've reset the template.
Test email works
Approval Escalation email works
Access Request Pending - used to work
Approved/Denied/Revoked - used to work
Even this morning there was a policy of 4 approvers. For the first access request only 2 of the receipients got it. Subsequently none of them got it.
Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm suspecting something related to the SMTP where the emails are getting filtered. However I modified the Access Request Pending template to match exactly like the Approval Escalation but it still didn't work.
