"biometric access" in the RDP string connection

Our big customer is asking us if it is possible to insert the biometric recognition in the RDP connection string generated requesting a new session to a windows server. Now the biometric token is used to access on Safeguard SPP and it works perfectly. So, when a user do a new request for that kind of windows server SPP have to ask for biometric recognition and then create the token request. Thank you

    Hi Dario,

    There is no current option to prompt user for Biometric authentication during the access request workflow.

    However, there is an option to require approval for access requests.

    If you wish to submit an enhancement request for consideration, please open a ticket with One Identity Support providing details of this use case.
