Hello 


I have a problem with my client’s RDP connections, when he tries to connect by RDP, he is obliged to enter his password at least 2 times, and as soon as the authentication is successful 30 seconds after the session automatically disconnects, it happens that all these servers whether a local account or a domain account

    Hi Yannick,

    If this was working before and suddenly stopped working, I would suggest raising a support ticket to troubleshoot the issue further.

    If this is a new configuration that never worked before, We recommend consulting with Professional Services team for new implementations.
