SPP Cluster Issue

We have 5 Nodes SPP cluster. One primary and 4 Replicas. One of the replicas status is shown as unknown and Link presents as No. There are no network and port issues. We even rebooted the appliance. But no luck. Please advise the possible solution to resolve this.

    You can connect to the Notification API to verify the status of this Replica:

    https://{Replica_IP_Address}/service/notification/swagger/index.html

    Expand the GET /v3 or /v4/Status 

    Click Execute and review the results of the ApplianceCurrentState

    This may require further troubleshooting and so I would recommend to open a support ticket and upload a support bundle from Primary and this Replica to investigate the issue further.
