Inquiry for SQL 1370 Error Message for SPP

Hi All,

There was a problem with the user account, so i deleted it and created a new one.

You will need to change your password the first time you log in, but you will receive an SQL error message and the password will not change. Please advice

The message is displayed as follows:

An SQL error has occurred. 1370;execute command denied to user 'RstsSve'@localhost' for routine 'pangaea.SaveUser'

Hi Jaeil,

What version of SPP is experiencing this issue?

If this is a pre-7 LTS version, we recommend you to upgrade to the latest version of SPP either 7.0.1 or 7.1 and verify if the issue persists.

Hi Tawfiq,

It happened in the 6.13.1 version, but I'll check if it's the same in the 7 LTS version.
