SPS doesn't save network configuration

Hello,

I have changed eth0 network configuration from console using ifconfig command, and reviewed its configuration from /etc/network/interfaces

but it doesn't change after logout, even after reboot.

How to save this network configuration?

please note that i cann't access from web.

I meant if you change the IP address back to the old one using the same method you mentioned (modify eth0 network configuration from console using ifconfig command) then reboot and check if Web UI access…

Hi Memad,

I would try to change it back to original IP to see of that allows you to gain access via Web UI again then you should make the change via the Web UI > Basic Settings > Network.

If that works then you can make the change via Web UI only.
