Window Asset As Jump Host

Hello,

I am trying to configure a RemoteApp Launcher following this documentation and it is saying

Ensure that the Windows jump host has been added to SPP as an asset.

I have added a Windows asset but it is not showing when I create an access request policy with RDP Application session type.

I tried to search about adding a Windows asset as a Jump Host or RDP Host but found nothing.

Hi Walied,

Yes correct, you should create the RDP Host Asset (which is the Windows Server running the RDS role with Remote app published ) in SPP as a Windows Server platform asset.

Hi,

In the Entitlement > Access Request Policy > after selecting RDP application > Select the Security Tab > here there is a field for RDP Host Asset with a browse button to select this asset

The scope tab is not used in this case for the asset.

  Yes, it is only showing Windows Server assets not Windows assets.
