Unable to connect to asset via RDP Protocol

I set a single SPP and SPS appliances on Safeguard 73 I believe and all configuration seems okay. Gone over these like 25 times and nothing seems off. Assets have been added, Entitlements, Request Access policy and accounts.

SPS successfully linked to SPP. However, when I try to connect to a windows asset via RDP, I get an error,

Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of the following reasons:

  1. Remote access is not enabled
  2. The remote computer is turned off
  3. The remote computer is not available on the network,

Fact is, Remote access is enabled as I can RDP to the asset from another server using the privileged password.

I am stomped and wish help was more readily available but learning on the community now. Any tip or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Really!!
