mobaxtrem ssh client support

Hello,

is Mobaxtrem ssh client supported for initiating ssh sessions using Safeguard (SPP-initiated workflow)?

Mobaxtrem is not mentioned in supported clients in SPS admin guide, so please update me if anyone tested it.

    Hi Mahmoud,

    As you mentioned, Mobaxtrem is not listed in the supported clients section within the Admin guide and therefore it would not be officially supported although it may work fine but its not part of our current testing. A feature enhancement # 352855 was submitted for consideration to add support for other SSH clients such as: Kitty, MobaXtrem, WinSCP and Smartty but this is subject to product management approval etc.

    The currently supported client and server applications are here as a reference:

    • OpenSSH (client and server)

      Client and server tested with version OpenSSH_8.2 and OpenSSH_9.0.

    • Dropbear (server)

      Tested with version v2019.78.

    • SecureCRT (Windows, client)

      Tested with version 8.5.

    • PUTTY (client)

      Tested with version 0.65.
