When we try to test a connection against an asset on SPS through Basic Settings->Troubleshooting we get this error:
"
Connecting to port 3389 of [asset]...
Unable to connect to port 3389 of [asset]. Error 115: Operation now in progress
Done
"
would you kindly explain why this happens?
