OneLogin plugin Issue with SPS

Hi,

We are implementing the MFA on assets via OneLogin.
After configuring the plugin, however, we are experiencing communication problems between the two solutions (SPS and One Login):

error='Transport endpoint is not connected'

We were wondering if there were any network requirements on the OneLogin or Safeguard side.
