Hi Tawfiq, is it possible to deactivate/activate a USER in Safeguard? Only in Safeguard and not in Active Directory, where it comes from.
USERS come from Active Directory and the SET PASSWORD, UNLOCK, DEACTIVATE buttons are greyed out and cannot be typed in.
The customer is asking to be able to manage the USERS only for Safeguard access and not in Active Directory.
(an active user in active directory remains active but Safeguard would like to be able to deactivate it)
Is it possible to have this possibility?
Is there any workaround?
is it possible to ask an enhancement request?
