As Ivanti is not out of the box integrated with safeguard, we need to integrate it with safeguard using APIs.
I have checked API tutorials (github.com/.../safeguard-api-tutorial), but it doesn't have calls to integrate with ticketing systems and plain scenarios for requests.
could you give simplified guide to integrate ticketing systems with safeguard, which allows automatic request creation?
