Intrusion tools is irritating, because there's a whole underground market for these things, right? So it's as easy as going to an online store. You can download your own, have them up, and be equivalent to any nation state in trying to do attacks on people, which is really frustrating.
So in the past, to be someone who wanted to be a hacker, for lack of a better word, you had to be really skilled. Now, you don't have to be very skilled. You just have to know where to get the stuff, and it's not hard to find it.
Because of this, there are credential breaches every day, it seems like. And they're published. So there's online sites you can go to. If you don't even want to be the hacker, you just want to go and download stuff, you can easily go and find large databases, let you know about credential breaches across all kinds of sites.
