Hi Experts,

We found that approvers for attestations were getting error messages after making decisions.

Is there any reason why this error appears or a useful tip in resolving the problem?

    Hi Yahya,

    We have seen issues like this before and it's normally due to either IIS being unresponsive, or more likely, SQL server slow to respond to queries. In which case we would need to see what the web portal logs are reporting and go from there.
