Hello experts!
I have installed One Identity Manager v8.0.4. I tried to access to the IT Shop using the employee authentication module ( Normally, I used AD module), but I cannot access to it, the error is: Wrong username or password. The steps I follow are:
- Enabled the Employee authentication module in the Designer.
- Create a new identity (person): central user account, central password, logins (the same username used for the central account field), system user and password.
- Define in the webserver the authentication module by Employee.
Anyway, I not be able to loggin into the IT Shop. Anyone has an idea of the problem? I also tried accessing with system user module but I cannot.
