Web Application connect to Application server

Hello,

I have met an issue today: I can't create any user from the web portal anymore. I have an error like:

An exception has occurred while executing the form method Popup0_Popup0_ControlRef2_Container6_Button1_Method.

Application server returned an error.

An error occurred.

So I went to check in the application server and all thing seems good.
But in the web server when I tried to check the connection to my application server (by adding a new connection from the WebDesigner.ConfigFileEditor) I got another issue:

The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation.

Ps: my application server is connected to my DB through a SQL cluster. but the cluster works well.

Did anybody already meet this issue?

Hello,

What authentication method are you using? E.g., system user?

But this sounds like an issue at the domain level: is the web server a member of the domain? Are there trust issues? Perhaps refer to the following:
