Hi experts,
We have performed an in-place upgrade from 8.1.4 to 9.2.1 but after successful upgrade database agent service is showing as not running. We did the troubleshooting and added Database agent role to update server but it's still showing the same error. I can see there are lot of jobs have been stucked in dbqueue after upgrade, Also on SQL server the identity manager version. Is still showing as old one, do we need to re-install the service on SQL server? Please guide me on this. Any help will be appreciated.
