Session Expired error with new Angular Web Portal via Load Balancer

Hello, we are experiencing some issues with the new Angular Web Portal. We are testing the load balancer configuration with sticky session based on the persistency of the cookie ss-pid. When we try to connect to the Web Portal (/ApiServer/html/qer-app-portal), as soon as we land on the page, we receive a blank page (inspecting the page, there are some 404 on the content components of the page). After a refresh of the page, every component are displayed correctly. Once we authenticated, the page shows the error "Your session has expired. Please reload this page and login again. [57002006]". We configured on the Designer the following fields: QBM - ApiServer - SameSiteCookie=none
We tried also using the "old" web portal, IdentityManager, but we are not experiencing any error.
Coudl you help us to understand what is the problem?

  • Can you also check from which type of devices you are trying to access the portal (Domain joined, Entra ID/intune joined or hybrid joined device)

We are using One Identity 9.2 version and API Server configuration SameSite cookies are set to "Lax"

We are also facing this issue but it is very particular on inutne based devcies only

This SSO login is also working correctly if the user is trying to login on the Angular Portal using Hybrid Joined devices.
